Famous cartoon characters or people (men) who wear a formal attire?

I go to a high school where dress code is enforced and guys are required to wear formal (dress shirt, tie, shoes, etc) but i still wanna be someone for halloween. any ideas who i can be?

4. You could definetly get away with someone like James Bond, or another secret agent type person. Add some black shades, and silver pen and you're from Men in Black.
