Where can I find plus size formal wear in East Anglia or Suffolk?

I have to get a dress to attend a summer wedding, but I have no idea where to look. Where can you get plus size formal wear (UK size 26/28/30), cocktail dresses and bridesmaid dresses in East Anglia and/or Suffolk? Also - can anyone recommend an experienced seamstress in the same areas?
