Morning wedding outfit for 80+ year old gran?

Any reccommendations on where to buy a wedding outfit for an 80+ year old lady in London or Oxford? Shouldn't be too expensive, should suit an 80 year-old's taste and be fairly plain/elegant. The lady's granddaughter is the bride.
