Women Wedding Suits

Can a Non-Hindu/Non-Indian woman wear a traditional Wedding Choli suit for her wedding? Is it appropriate?

I don't want to be offensive but they are so much more lovely than traditional American wedding dresses and it's my second wedding. I'm also considering Mehendi, would that me too far?

1. haha, it's your wedding, so if you want to--go for it! Is your husband Indian? then that would be appropriate, don't you think? If neither of you or any of your family is really Indian or Hindu...that would be...a little odd, wouldn't it? haha I would do mehendi/henna because I think it's really cool...though, then again, if none of you are Indian...that would be a little too much. but it's your wedding--have fun! xD
