Women Wedding Suits

ladies and gentlemen, does this shirt and shirt/tie go with this suit?

Im planning on wearing this grey stripe suit today. It is for a wedding reception. I want to wear this shirt and tie with it but am not sure how well they all go together. Let me know what you thnk or any suggestions. i have a plain white shirt I was also thinking about and have tons of ties.
