Women Wedding Suits

Ladies & gentlemen i need your help deciding if this shirt would go with a black suit?

I also have a skinny black tie. Is this a good selection for a wedding that i need to attend? Side note: I am dark skinned, if thats relevant. What are your thoughts? my suit is not plain black; it has stripes (also in black)

1. Any color can really go with a black suit. Blue is also a good color for weddings. You can go with a skinny black tie. It would look sharp or even a tie with a contrasting color or pattern. If your suit is simple black and your shirt has no pattern like that one, then your tie is going to be the thing that makes you stand out.
2. Well, in my opinion, That would look just fine with a black suit but I'm thinking what kind of black suit? 'Cause there are different textures that a black suit could make. It would be nice if the siut also has a smooth impression. Regarding the skin color, how dark, exactly? But, to me, my only critical comment is that maybe the color of the shirt is too 'neon'? But it's passable for a wedding. It looks formal enough for weddings and at the same time it has some casualness as well.
